Muy buen lugar pero con varias áreas de oportunidad
El lugar es muy bonito, ubicado en medio de la naturaleza de esa zona de Tepoztlán. Muy bien diseñados los espacios. Mención especial a la Ruta de los Sentidos en el SPA. Una gran y grata experiencia. Muy bonito y amplio el espacio de la cava. El espacio de la alberca muy adecuado, funcional y bonito.
Esto es lo que no estuvo bien: 1, El teléfono de la habitación no funcionó. Lo reporté en la recepción, me indicaron que lo revisarían pero no lo hicieron. Para solventar el problema me pasaron un numero para poder escribir por Whatsapp ante cualquier solicitud que tuviera, ya sea de la recepción, de room service u otro. 2. El servicio de Internet es muy malo, en muchas zonas no hay servicio y en donde si hay, el ancho de banda es muy bajo y en muchas ocasiones no es posible enviar ni siquiera un mensaje. Por tal motivo, era muy difícil comunicarme a través de Whatsapp al número que me proporcionaron. 3. Hay varias zonas del hotel que requieren mantenimiento, desde pintura, resanamiento de paredes y hasta mantenimiento completo como lo es el mirador y uno de los salones, los cuales tenían destruido el techo (palapa). 4. La comida del restaurante es bastante aceptable, sin embargo, algo cara para el tipo de comida.

LE FALTA MUCHISIMO MANTTO AL HOTEL, ES UN INMUEBLE BONITO PERO MAL CUIDADO, EJEMPLO AGUA DE ALBERCA Y LAGO SUCIAS,LAMAPARA DE BURO SE CAIA Y SIN FOCO, JUNTO A LOS BAÑOS DE LA ALBERCA DONDE HAY PIEDRAS, LLENO DE BOLSAS (BASURA) ETC., NO HAY UN FRIGOBAR EN EL CUARTO, PEDI AGUA TE LA LLEVAN CALIENTE, LA COMIDA BUENA PERO CARA, TE COBRAN EN 100.00 PESOS LA CANASTA DE PAN DE SAL, EN QUE RESTAURANTE TE COBRAN EL PAN DE SAL. ????? ENTONCES MANTTO DEL HOTEL RELACION DE LO QUE SE PAGA LA NOCHE, OLVIDE UNA MALETTITA EN EL BAÑO HABLE SI ME LA PUEDEN MANDAR POR PAQUETERIA PAGADA POR MI Y NO TE HACEN EL FAVOR. AY QUE ATENDER AL CLIENTE CREO YO, CAJA DE SEGURIDAD DEL CUARTO NUNCA ENCONTRARON LA LLAVE.
